• extra person for the extra night is US$ 50 /person/night
• additional peak season surcharge of US$ 50 /room / night for the following period:
  • August 11 - 15, 2010, December 23 - 31, 2010
• any cancellation made 14 days ( for lean season ) and 21 days ( for peak season ) prior to arrival is subject to 50% of the package rate. cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival and 'no show' are subject to 100% of he total amount of the package
