Dining In Alegre
Alegre Beach Resort & Spa has one main restaurant, The Pavilion, with indoor (air conditioned) and outdoor seating for approximately 140 guests. The restaurant has a small show kitchen with a wood fired pizza oven and cooking/hot food serving facilities, as well as a flexible buffet set up for cold food. The menu consists of a large selection of local/Philippine as well as international items. Breakfast and most dinners are served buffet style. All bread and pastries are baked in the resort. Selected wine list, a lounge separated from the restaurant with a small library, comfy chairs, settees and a TV projector.
The outdoor area includes the Pavilion Bar with bar seating and a covered veranda with a magnificent view over the sea, which also serves as service bar for all areas. The Pavilion is open from 7am until 10 pm, earlier or later as needed. The Pavilion also supplies room service as well as Banqueting with food and drinks. Special functions around the pool and the veranda are arranged from time to time.
On the beach there is The Cliff Seafood BBQ and Bar which serves a full menu and drinks from the bar and wine lists to guests at the beach, as well as is being used for special events like Barrio Fiestas and the like.
There are strolling musicians in all areas and romantic dinners in private areas.
